What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

How secure is my personal information?
Autonix follows the highest industry standards to protect your personal information. Your credit card details and personal information are encrypted using SSL (secure socket layer) technology for safe transmission during payment.

ORDER TRACKING

My tracking number is not working.
About 90% of our orders come with a tracking number. However, some may not. If you're unable to track your order, contact us at autonixse@gmail.com, and we will help with any available information.

How do I know if my order has been shipped out?
When your items are dispatched, we’ll notify you by email and/or SMS. Tracking information may be available a few days after dispatch. You can also check the status of your order on our online tracking page.

The tracking site says "delivered," but I haven't received my package.
In some cases, packages may be marked as delivered when they reach your local post office, even if not yet delivered to your address. Wait a few days, or contact your local post office to check if they are holding your package.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide.

How long does it take for my order to ship out?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 days of payment. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once dispatched.

My order didn’t arrive on time—what should I do?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 45 business days from the purchase date, please contact us at autonixse@gmail.com.

How long does shipping take?

  • Standard International Shipping: 8-20 business days.
  • Note: During peak periods, dispatch may take up to 6 business days.

How is my package being delivered?
Most packages are delivered to your home, mailbox, porch, or local post office. If no one is home to receive it, a notice may be left in your mailbox.

How much do you charge for shipping?
We offer free shipping worldwide.

Where is my package being shipped from?
Our warehouses are located in China and the United States. Most orders are shipped from China. For more details, please contact us at autonixse@gmail.com.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What if I receive a damaged or faulty product?
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please provide photo or video proof within 7 days of delivery. Once verified, we will send a replacement item at no extra cost.

Do you accept returns for refunds?
To prevent misuse, we only accept returns on unopened and unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Items must be verified by our team as eligible for a refund. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please note that all return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and items returned without authorization may not qualify for a refund.

AFTER PURCHASE

I entered the wrong shipping address or chose the wrong variant—can I change it?
If this happens, contact us at autonixse@gmail.com as soon as possible. If your order has not been processed or shipped, we may be able to make the change. Note: We do not offer refunds if an incorrect address is provided.

My package is stuck in customs—what can I do?
We are not responsible for customs or postal delays. If held at customs, please contact your local customs office. Any customs charges or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Can I change my shipping address?
Once processed, orders cannot be changed. Verify all details before submitting to avoid issues.
